GOOD TO KNOW

Do you train in person or online? +

Both. Online coaching is delivered through the Trainerize app and is available anywhere. In-person personal training runs out of Forge & Flow Fitness in Langley, BC.

How do the online programs work? +

Once you pick a program you'll get access through the Trainerize app, where your workouts, progressions, and check-ins live. You train on your own schedule with coaching support along the way.

Which program is right for me? +

If you compete or train for a sport, start with the 16 Week Athlete Performance program. If you want general strength and physique changes, the 16 Week Online Training is the place to start, and the 6 Month program is for a longer, deeper transformation.

How do I get started? +

Fill out the client intake form on the Contact page. Jayden reviews every submission personally and follows up to match you with the right program.
